What ArcTrek builds
The shells are aluminum rather than fibreglass, which is the decision that drives everything else about the line:
- Adventure Topper — a cab-height aluminum truck cap with lockable gull-wing side doors, clamp-on mounting and full-perimeter T-slot channels for racks, awnings, MOLLE panels and lights.
- Canopy Camper — an aluminum canopy with an integrated pop-up roof tent: gas struts lift the roof and a queen-size platform for two adults folds out over the cab in about a minute.
- Commercial Topper and Modular Rack System — announced, not yet shipping.

Aluminum versus fibreglass
Most truck caps sold in Canada are moulded fibreglass with a gelcoat finish, which can be colour-matched closely to factory truck paint out of the box. Aluminum trades that exact paint match for a shell that does not rely on gelcoat: no UV-fade or stress-crack pattern after years of sun and freeze-thaw cycling, and dents that can typically be worked back into shape rather than requiring a panel replacement. Neither material is objectively better — it depends whether paint match or long-term shell durability matters more for how the truck gets used. How ArcTrek is supported in Canada
ArcTrek is designed in Headingley, Manitoba, and ships Canada-wide from there. Both shipping lines carry a five-year structural and three-year hardware warranty, and installation is available through the dealer network. Because warranty and service are routed inside Canada rather than through an import warranty desk, a claim does not cross a border before it is answered.
TorqueMax runs the Canadian side of the brand across the same five functions as the rest of the portfolio: market development, dealer network, inventory and logistics, parts and warranty, and marketing support.

Both shells are built per truck make, model and bed length; the published fitment tables list the confirmed combinations and their pricing, and new fitments are added every season.
